For developers and housebuilders, we are a reliable partner who markets your development to the right agents and buyers, in the UK and around the world. We understand the importance of a clear exit, and we work to de-risk your scheme with pre-sales and a sales strategy built around it.
For investors and buyers, we source new build homes in strong locations and support you through every step: finance, solicitors, sales progression and management once the property is built.
Our team has over 60 years of combined experience in property, and we develop property ourselves, so we understand both sides of every sale.
How we work
We work closely with developers to understand their goals, then create marketing that shows the true value of each development. Every opportunity we offer is researched first, with market analysis, valuations and rental assessments.
Once a buyer reserves, our sales progression team takes each sale through to completion, keeping developers, buyers and agents informed along the way. Our sales progression runs on PlotBot, the new build portal we built for developers and sales agents.
We are based at The Long Barn, Down Farm, Cobham, Surrey.
Half our sales exchange within 7 weeks of contracts being issued. Based on our sales since 2010.
